Party Packages
A party at The Ark Animal Sanctuary is a fantastic way to celebrate a birthday. We provide the food and lots of fun for all. You can come and see all the animals and stay all day, We can also host early evening parties up to 8pm by special arrangement.
We can also provide your children with an opportunity to get ‘hands on’ with some of our animals
We have many of choices of party packages including the following :-
1./ A 1hr interactive talk and tour of the animals for just £6.50 per person
2./
Just Pottery which lasts approx. 45mins painting your chosen item. Also included in the price is a plate for the birthday person and all the guest's can sign this for just £9.50per person
3./ We can also provide food for the party which is a party box with ham, cheese, jam or tuna sandwich plus a packet of mini cheddars, yogurt, apple and a bar of chocolate. All this for £3.50 per person - min 6 children. Alternatively, if you would rather bring your own food there is a room hire charge of £20.00 for 1 hour.
4./ All inclusive.
If you would like to combine the 3 party packages above then the cost will be just £18.50 per person
PLUS...
5./ If you would like to include the steam train ride and the birthday persons name on the front of the train the cost is £20.00 per person but please check with us for availability and to book.
Accompanying adults will be charged at the entrance fee of £4.50 per person. Snacks can be purchased from the cafe.
All you need to do is download and complete the BOOKING FORM (requires Adobe Acrobat reader) with the party details, and send to us by post, or hand it in to reception. You will receive confirmation of your booking within 7 days of returning the form.
A deposit of 20% of the total party cost is required 14 days after confirmation or within 48 hours if the party date if less than 14 days ahead. The remainder is paid on the day. If the deposit is not received by the due date then the party will be cancelled.
Any changes to the original booking must be agreed at least 72 hours before the party date and these will be catered for and charged for on the day. Party bookings can be taken up to a maximum of 6 months in advance. Please note that bookings will only be accepted for minimum of 6 children and a maximum of 25 children.
